About The Position

This role involves handling hot checks and service calls, requiring accurate and efficient troubleshooting. The technician will ensure homeowner calls are met in a timely manner, complete all work at the homeowner's home in a neat and workmanlike manner, and be responsible for correcting any issues listed on their work ticket.

Requirements

• Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric.
• Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.
• Previous experience in all phases of residential electricity.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
• Must have clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timeliness of calls in regard to homeowner’s schedule.
• Ensuring all homes, we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc.
• Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc.
• Service Technicians will be required to be on-call for after hour emergency service on a rotating schedule with the other service techs.
