Requirements

  • 2+ years in apartment maintenance / multifamily / service technician role
  • Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • Valid driver's license required + reliable transportation
  • Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather
  • Willingness to rotate on-call / weekends / holidays

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) preferred
  • CPO certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and complete service requests (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
  • Perform preventive maintenance to avoid bigger issues down the line
  • Handle make-readies / unit turns (repairs, inspections, punch lists)
  • Maintain grounds + common areas (painting, pressure washing, general upkeep)
  • Identify and fix safety hazards and maintenance issues
  • Support pool care, inspections, and basic groundskeeping
  • Deliver solid customer service to residents and vendors
