About The Position

This role is for a hands-on maintenance leader who still likes to stay in the action. At LSA Management, you will lead the service team, keep operations tight, and play a key role in delivering a community residents are proud to call home. The company is scaling fast, targeting 10,000 units by 2030, indicating significant growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in multifamily maintenance
  • Prior experience as a Lead Tech or Service Manager
  • Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
  • EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
  • CPO preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work on-call rotation and flexible schedule

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily maintenance operations and service team
  • Oversee service requests, work orders, and completion timelines
  • Manage unit turns / make-readies (inspections, vendors, quality control)
  • Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs
  • Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety standards
  • Track inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
  • Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal
  • Train and develop maintenance staff
