About The Position

Join the New Genesis of West Knoxville Dealership. The Grayson Automotive Group is expanding, and we are seeking skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join the team at our NEW Genesis Dealership located next to Grayson BMW in Knoxville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury automotive brand with one of the region’s family owned automotive groups. We prefer an experienced Technician, preferably with Genesis; Hyundai or Kia. If you are Technician looking to advance your career in a Premium service environment, we will consider an experienced Technician working on other Luxury brands as well.

Requirements

Current automotive technician experience in a Dealership
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Must pass background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Genesis, Hyundai, or luxury-brand experience is a plus.
ASE certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns.
Complete repair orders efficiently and according to manufacturer standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle needs.
Stay current on Genesis technology, systems, and repair procedures.
