Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification or equivalent required; manufacturer-specific certifications strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Assist with minor mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Test and evaluate vehicle functionality, documenting findings to maintain service records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and keep up-to-date with automotive technologies.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors to deliver outstanding guest service.
