Part Time Seasonal Service Team Member
About The Position
The Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers shop and locate products, and provides solutions. The role ensures a fast and friendly checkout experience and supports store operations, including truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Team members also support online order fulfillment, store programs, safety and shrink initiatives, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. The position is part-time and seasonal at the Racine, Wisconsin store. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly, including lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including merchandise returns and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others respectfully and positively, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a role model for other team members.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
