About The Position

The Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram and ad-set work, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Team members also assist with omnichannel services, rewards and credit-card enrollments, customer surveys, safety and shrink programs, and are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully with others, maintain a positive approach in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
