About The Position

The Seasonal Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers find products and solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram and store-in-stock tasks, and omnichannel order processes. Team members also support safety and shrink programs, follow company procedures and policies, and are cross-trained in custom framing sales and production.

This position is based in a public retail store. Public areas are climate controlled, while some stock rooms may not be. Some outdoor work may be required when retrieving carts or unloading trucks. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. The position requires standing and moving through the store for extended periods, as well as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
• Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to help maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad-set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact respectfully with others, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model for other team members.
• Cross-train in custom framing sales and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
