This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various operational processes. The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store. Additionally, they will support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and interact positively with colleagues. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing.
