This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The position also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Responsibilities include participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, executing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact positively with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and other duties as assigned.
