This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Additionally, the team member will educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in stocking and planogram processes. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interaction with others in a respectful manner, and maintaining a positive image as a role model. The team member will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production and perform other duties as assigned.
