About The Position
The Service Team Member ensures “Best in Class” customer service from start to finish. The role involves preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, greeting and assisting customers with orders, processing orders efficiently, suggestive selling, and handling payment and cash transactions accurately and professionally. Team Members collaborate with restaurant colleagues and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards. Food preparation may include assembling menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa or dressing, and packing condiments, following company recipes and procedures. The position offers full-time or part-time hours and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

- Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, accurately, and on time.
