This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and helping them find what they are looking for. The role ensures all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises, and assisting customers with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact with others respectfully, and maintain a positive attitude. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
