As a Service center attains a designated threshold in core fleet size, revenue volume, technician count, and transaction volume, we’re looking for Service Team Lead, in Santa Fe Springs, CA, who ensures customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class services through direct engagement, understanding their requirements, and providing timely, effective solutions. This enables customers to focus on their core priorities while we meet and exceed their expectations. Ensure maximum equipment availability by maintaining and servicing all units in strict accordance with Aggreko policies and procedures, while consistently delivering first-class service to customers.
