About The Position

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Service Team Lead! The primary job function will be to assist the Branch Manager in the day to day activities of the Service Team.

Requirements

  • High School degree preferred or equivalent
  • Working Technical understanding of KM products, strong problem solving
  • Strong general networking knowledge
  • Good working understanding of solutions portfolio, user level application knowledge and color theory
  • Travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Develops business skills and experience in service management.
  • Tech ride-along evaluations, service call escalations, local product seminars, account reviews.
  • Partial territory responsibility, break-fix customer issue and resolution
  • Lead referrals, assist with existing customers and proposals, interaction mostly in expanding business within an account
  • Uses fleet reporting to influence and improve territory parts budget and inventory control
