About The Position

Titan Machinery is hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Service Support professional to assist the service team and support store operations. The role helps maintain equipment, cleanliness, and organization, contributing to smooth operations and quick equipment-service turnaround. The position involves washing and detailing equipment to meet presentation standards, as well as basic cleaning, maintenance, and organization around the facility, equipment lot, and service department. It offers an opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment focused on heavy equipment and professional, precise mechanical work.

Responsibilities

Assist service technicians with daily tasks to facilitate smooth operations and quick equipment-service turnaround.
Wash and detail equipment to maintain its presentation and ensure it meets company standards before reaching customers.
Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and organization around the facility, equipment lot, and service department.
