About The Position

Titan Machinery is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Service Support professional to assist the service team. This role helps maintain equipment, keep the facility and equipment lot clean and organized, and support operational tasks around the store. The position involves washing and detailing equipment, performing basic cleaning and maintenance, and assisting service technicians to support smooth operations and timely equipment servicing. The role suits someone interested in heavy equipment who can work in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism and precision.

Requirements

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours.
Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Assist service technicians with daily tasks to support smooth operations and quick equipment-service turnaround times.
Wash and detail equipment so it is clean and meets presentation standards before reaching customers.
Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and organization duties around the facility, equipment lot, and service department.
