Korum Automotive Group is looking for a Service Support Specialist to join their team to enhance the customer experience in their Service Departments. This position assists customers by answering incoming calls, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, or routing calls to appropriate team members. Make follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure quality service satisfaction. Responsible for coordinating the completion of deliverables "we-owe" to customers and internal repair orders, including ordering parts, repair order write-up, vendor scheduling, and customer notification. Process payments for the service department. Assists with warranty and insurance claim documentation and processing. Accepts payments for the service department. May serve as backup to other positions as needed including Service Porter, Warranty Specialist, or Service Advisor.
