About The Position

Unlock Your Potential as a Service Support Specialist! This position is the backbone of our branch, tackling a variety of tasks across all departments. This is a non-supervisory role, reporting to the Branch Manager. Your actions can impact people, finances, and our organization's reputation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalent.
  • Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Prioritize safety in all you do.
  • Excel at working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dispatch in creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data.
  • Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
  • Welcome and guide customers in tagging their equipment for repairs.
  • Manage UPS shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders.
  • Prioritize safety and follow our accident prevention procedures.
  • Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager.
