About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Service Support Specialist to coordinate service calls, support customers, and assist with parts and inventory.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years related experience
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate schedules
  • Communicate with customers and handle follow-ups
  • Enter service orders, update records, and invoice jobs
  • Order/track parts and assist with inventory
  • Support counter customers and parts requests
