SERVICE SUPPORT AGENT
About The Position
We are looking for a Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. You will prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day by moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business. You will also assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, which includes cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, and moving and staging vehicles. You will greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership, locate their name on the Appointment Log, and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest. You will perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
Requirements
- A passion to deliver a great Customer experience.
- A clean driving record.
- Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- A post-offer driving/criminal background check, as well as a drug screen, and lift/back test, will be required.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles, is preferred.
