Creative Dining is hiring immediately for a full-time Service Supervisor. This working supervisor role helps ensure a positive guest experience while fostering a strong team culture. Requirements

• 1-2 years of food service or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide new service staff on proper food portioning, guest interaction, and service standards.
• Support the Service Manager in scheduling, supervising, and evaluating team members.
• Assist with employee conflict resolution and performance coaching.
• Ensure serving lines are properly garnished, clean, and well-organized.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful approach when interacting with guests.
• Communicate service-related concerns to both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Help set up serving areas in a timely and organized manner.
• Create signage for menus and special events.
• Assist in decorating and maintaining the front-of-house dining area.
• Attend and help lead safety committee meetings; post and share minutes.
• Follow proper dress code and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to company, state, and federal sanitation and safety regulations.
• Read all posted updates, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
