About The Position

Pape' Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead their Service team in Fowler, CA. This role involves the supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, mechanic development, and customer satisfaction. The Service Supervisor will ensure the service staff manages the work order process efficiently, maximizing customer communication and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, results-driven, and dedicated to creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Mechanic, Service Writer, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager with knowledge of construction and forestry equipment, preferably John Deere.
  • Prior operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Leadership skills and mindset.
  • Ability to maintain good customer and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision and management of all shop processes, financials, mechanic development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring service staff manages the work order process for consistency, efficiency, and maximized customer communication.
