About The Position
Ability to direct day to day operation of a service ship with a diverse product line. Work with Service Manager and Service Advisors to coordinate repairs of customer vehicles. Meet time schedules and maintain productivity levels of tech. Maintain quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean environment and a professional atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years' related experience and/or training
- Prior supervisory and/or management experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluates all estimates for jobs to maintain profitability
- Reviews repair orders for accuracy
- Maintains a safe working environment
- Maintains a clean working environment
- Work closely with Service Manager and Service Advisors
- Supervise technicians in the repair of customer vehicles
- Supervise work flow in shop to maintain efficiency
- Supervise maintenance of shop equipment and tooling
- Supervise technicians in maintaining current training and certifications
