Your responsibilities will include: · Provide technical knowledge and project management skills to execute complex Service Sales projects · Inputting data into weekly and monthly reports to management, presenting feedback to management about open orders. · Enter work orders into the CRM/SAP/ ERP systems. · Create new accounts in CRM & submit requests to edit/update accounts as needed. · Communicate with other internal departments concerning shipment of parts and return of parts, delivery dates and status of orders, invoices, and assistance from finance with customer accounts. · Manage workflow within your assigned tasks daily, weekly, and monthly ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly. · Service follow-ups, call to customers. (How was the service, any issues, would you like to schedule your next service visit.) · Provide a link between Engineering and Service Group. · Coordinate end-to-end delivery of service projects, from planning to closeout · Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations · Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. · Optimize resource scheduling to reduce downtime and maximize billable utilization · Implement standardized project management processes and reporting · Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans · Drive continuous improvement across service operations · Utilize CRM and SAP for clear and concise delivery of communication · All other duties as assigned or directed by management.
