About The Position

KI is seeking a Project & Service Coordinator to join our Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. In this dynamic role, you’ll see your work come to life from quote to installation while supporting a defined KI Sales team and their customers, dealers, and business partners. You’ll be responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities within your assigned territory, specifically focused on Fixed Seating; including auditorium seating and lecture hall tables. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to customer advocacy. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth project execution by quickly and efficiently resolving issues according to established metrics and guidelines. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or project management.
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn additional software such as BPCS, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Espec.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and anticipate cross functional impacts.
  • Extensive knowledge with ability to back up any staff on Fixed Seating Products.
  • Willing to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all functions relating to the space plan with architects, general contractors, dealers, and customers.
  • Analyze blueprints and freehand drawings to determine the layout, specifications, dimensions, and requirements of prospective projects.
  • Provide or facilitate process for freight quotes, color matches, samples orders, test requests, fabric yardage & pricing, and approvals.
  • Provide pricing and technical support for all products, including web training and support.
  • Process drawing requests and follow process for obtaining and processing all Verified Field Dimensions and order drawing submittals to the KI Space Planning department.
  • Update Salesforce.com to reflect all project activity.
  • Define and/or document project milestone timelines, establish expectations and follow up to support customer requested delivery dates.
  • Read and comprehend specifications and contract document language to help KI mitigate unnecessary risk.
