In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator in our Olathe, KS office! This role will require working with Project Managers and will be responsible for daily administrative tasks and communication with customer and daily internal contacts. Position overview: Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence, and billing Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Set up and maintain files on sold projects Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc. Create and manage purchase orders and change orders Obtain quotes from vendors Purchase and track material Assist in creating submittal documents Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities
