Coordinators are responsible to: Coordinate service schedules Manage customer base in assigned territory Estimate cost of service Prepare service contract quotations Schedule service calls and dispatching field engineers Source and quote parts, service, and batteries Prepare work and purchase orders Track parts and labor Manage warranty activities & services Resolve issues with orders and contracts with customers 24/7 on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks
