About The Position

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in customer service call center or dispatching
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Using effective communication with customers via phone or email
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft suite and various project management software applications
  • Some knowledge of critical power systems and basic trouble shooting procedures is helpful

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with shipping & logistics procedures is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service schedules
  • Manage customer base in assigned territory
  • Estimate cost of service
  • Prepare service contract quotations
  • Schedule service calls and dispatching field engineers
  • Source and quote parts, service, and batteries
  • Prepare work and purchase orders
  • Track parts and labor
  • Manage warranty activities & services
  • Resolve issues with orders and contracts with customers
  • 24/7 on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks
