Job Overview KI is seeking a Project & Service Coordinator to join our Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. In this dynamic role, you’ll see your work come to life from quote to installation while supporting a defined KI Sales team and their customers, dealers, and business partners. You’ll be responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities within your assigned territory, specifically focused on Fixed Seating; including auditorium seating and lecture hall tables. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to customer advocacy. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth project execution by quickly and efficiently resolving issues according to established metrics and guidelines.
