About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining visual and cleanliness standards in service customer vehicles and the service and detail departments. This position assists the Technicians with moving vehicles through the service process. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/equivalent preferred
- Valid driver license
- Acceptable driving record per insurance carrier
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of service and dispatch areas, including occasional Saturdays
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of operating manual and standard transmissions
Responsibilities
- Washing customer and Willis vehicles
- Operate all vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner
- Follow documented procedures to clean vehicles using recommended hand tools
- Assist customers in delivering and fueling vehicles, entry into locked vehicles, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive; clean shop floors for service and detail departments as needed
- Meet and Greet customers on Service Drive
- Assist in checking out and checking of loaner vehicles.
- Keep service drive clear of debris
