About The Position

Empire life is looking to hire a Service Representative (12 Month Contract) to join our Retail Operations team! We are actively seeking candidates to fill a current, open position. This position will work in office daily in Kingston, ON. Our mission is to provide expertise and intelligent solutions to help Canadians navigate life with confidence. This role offers impactful work, allowing you to work on meaningful projects that have a positive impact on our customers, our company, and society as a whole. You will play an integral role, providing an opportunity to grow your skills while directly contributing to the business unit you are a part of. Requirements

  • 1+ years work experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer software
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems
  • High attention to detail/accuracy
  • Access to stable and secure internet for remote work
  • Language proficiency in English is required for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Processing applications and service requests within established service standards
  • Providing prompt and accurate resolution to complex problems
  • Investigating and analyzing simple cases and completing necessary follow-up changes
  • Providing prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries regarding administration procedures and transactions on client accounts from both internal and external sources
