The Service & Repair Technician maintains, and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers. Your hours will be Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with some overtime. Pay Range: $25.00 to $31.00 per hour
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment ideal
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
- Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
- Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
