Receives and directs visitors to Medical Center to appropriate locations throughout complex. Responds to inquiries and requests regarding Hurley Medical Center patients, staff, services, and activities. Performs other related duties. Participates in all quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities. Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior. Works under direction of Director, Marketing Support Services or designee.
