About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday. The role involves greeting service customers, directing guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with loaner vehicles, maintaining the café area, and supporting dealership operations.

Requirements

  • A positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is ready to make a difference every day.
  • At least 19 years old.
  • Able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR, drug tests.
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.
  • Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
  • Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.
  • Keep our café area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.
  • Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.
