This role involves working on advanced Lexus models, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, and collaborating with seasoned mechanics. Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and a sharp eye for detail
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Experience or interest in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and scan tools
Ability to interpret technical manuals and automotive software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be at least 19 years old
Able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years

Responsibilities

Collaborate with seasoned mechanics and learn the ins and outs of Lexus diagnostics and repairs
Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections
Identify mechanical issues and assist with repairs on cutting-edge Lexus vehicles
Shadow senior technicians and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle concerns
Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service with every vehicle you work on
