About The Position

Lexus of Nashville is seeking an energetic, dependable Automotive Parts Specialist to join their growing team. This role is suitable for individuals with or without prior automotive parts experience, as the dealership provides training and support. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug test

• Experience in automotive service, parts sales, retail, warehouse operations, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with selecting the correct parts and accessories
• Promoting current specials and available products
• Helping customers discover our full line of genuine Lexus parts and accessories
• Locating, pulling, and fulfilling parts orders for technicians and dealership staff
• Receiving shipments and unloading deliveries
• Organizing and stocking inventory
• Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting daily department operations as needed
