Requirements

Must be at least 19 years old
Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug test
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Nice To Haves

Experience in automotive service, parts sales, retail, warehouse operations, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with selecting the correct parts and accessories
Promoting current specials and available products
Helping customers discover our full line of genuine Lexus parts and accessories
Locating, pulling, and fulfilling parts orders for technicians and dealership staff
Receiving shipments and unloading deliveries
Organizing and stocking inventory
Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate records
Supporting daily department operations as needed
