About The Position

This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected. Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position. The role involves managing communication efforts, both internal and external, to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of accuracy and timeliness requirements. It also includes preparing quotations, sourcing parts and assemblies, expediting, arranging transportation, entering orders, issuing purchase orders, work orders, and prints, and entering labor and invoicing. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and available to work overtime including some weekends is also expected. The list of duties and responsibilities can change at the discretion of management based on business needs, customer demands, and other job-related circumstances.

Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work 7am to 5pm.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Product knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse/inventory operations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated stability in past work history.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication efforts, both internal to JHC/CWX and external, to ensure all parties/stakeholders have a clear understanding as to accuracy and timeliness requirements.
  • Prepare Quotations for sales channels.
  • Source Parts & Assembly from shop, factory, and vendors.
  • Expedite shop and vendors.
  • Arrange transportation.
  • Enter orders in Business System.
  • Issue Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Prints.
  • Enter labor and invoicing as needed.
