About The Position
Greiner Ford of Casper is seeking a Service Porter to join their team. This role involves greeting customers, managing vehicles on the lot, cleaning and maintaining vehicles, and assisting with various dealership tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs
- Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities
- Deliver vehicles and assist shuttle driver
- Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles
- Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel
- Recognize general vehicle repairs or building maintenance and notify management
- Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the store, showroom and lot
- Run miscellaneous errands for the store
