About The Position

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Service Porter to join its service department. The Service Porter helps ensure the service area runs smoothly by moving vehicles, organizing the lot, assisting the service team, and providing customer service. The role also helps maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks, including walking and standing for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in moving and parking vehicles within the service department.
• Keep the service area and lot organized, clean, and orderly.
• Assist service technicians with retrieving and delivering vehicles.
• Support the service team during busy periods.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
