Service Porter
About The Position
The Service Porter will greet service customers warmly and help ensure a smooth, welcoming arrival. This role involves protecting customer vehicles by installing seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers. The Service Porter will notify Service Advisors when their scheduled customers arrive, and will be responsible for parking, organizing, and retrieving customer vehicles safely and efficiently. Additionally, the Service Porter will keep the service lane, parking lot, and work areas clean and organized. This position may also assist with phone calls, shuttle support, and basic clerical tasks as needed. The Service Porter must follow all dealership safety procedures and promptly report any concerns. A valid driver's license is required, and other duties may be assigned.
Requirements

- The ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and respond with urgency in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong attention to detail when handling customer vehicles, keys, paperwork, and service requests.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems and processes.
- A dependable, team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to support customers and coworkers where needed.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
