About The Position

DuPratt Ford Dixon is seeking a dependable and hardworking Service Porter to join our team in Dixon, CA. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our service department, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and service technicians.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to drive small and large vehicles up to 2 hours per trip.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an automotive or dealership environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely between service bays, customer parking, and wash areas.
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to maintain a clean and presentable inventory and customer vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and service drive.
• Assist service technicians with vehicle movement and minor tasks as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department operations.
• Pick up and delivery customer vehicles.
• Shuttle customers to and from their homes and work.
