About The Position
Interstate Ford is looking for a Porter/Shuttle Driver. This role is responsible for transporting dealership customers and employees in a courteous and timely manner. The job also involves checking in vehicles, moving them to parking spaces, performing quality control test drives, and transporting vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is beneficial.
- Previous experience in hospitality or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive customers and employees to and from specified locations.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during transportation.
- Check in customer vehicles, get VIN number and miles off, check for damage and park them.
