About The Position

Germain Audi of Louisville is seeking a Service Porter to join their team in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with pay based on experience. The Service Porter plays a vital role in keeping the service department running smoothly and efficiently, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive environment while providing exceptional support to the service team and customers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive service or similar roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Move and position vehicles within the service department and throughout the dealership
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and surrounding areas
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle preparation
• Deliver vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Perform basic vehicle checks such as tire pressure and fluid levels
• Support the service department with miscellaneous tasks as needed
