Requirements

2+ years of residential plumbing/service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Valid California Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Experience with water heaters (tank & tankless)
Knowledge of local plumbing codes
Experience in service-based plumbing sales
Drain cleaning or sewer experience

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems (fixtures, water heaters, piping, etc.)
Identify root causes and provide long-term solutions—not just quick fixes
Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
Build trust through professionalism and quality work
Provide options and recommendations that meet customer needs
Identify opportunities for additional services, repairs, or system upgrades
Contribute to revenue goals through efficient, solution-based service
Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal callbacks
Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent
Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area
Use company-provided technology to manage jobs and updates
