As a Service Planner, you’ll own the planning, coordination, and flow of maintenance work, ensuring jobs are set up for success from start to finish. Requirements

A strong mechanical background (heavy equipment, mining, oil & gas, or industrial)
Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance/service work
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach—you anticipate issues and act early

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting heavy equipment service or rebuild operations
Background in a mining or oil sands environment
Familiarity with maintenance systems, scheduling tools, or ERP platforms

Responsibilities

Planning and coordinating maintenance and rebuild work to meet schedule and customer expectations
Creating and managing work orders, estimates, and repair quotes
Prioritizing and tracking multiple jobs at various stages of completion
Acting as a central point of contact between operations, service teams, and customers
Monitoring schedules and proactively identifying risks or delays
Supporting job execution by aligning parts, labour, and logistics
Driving strong communication across teams to ensure seamless delivery
