About The Position
Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Pick Up & Delivery Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with a team, as well as different departments within the facility
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a dealership environment preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Contributes to customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient, and quality service
- Provides service department with customer vehicle pick up and delivery service
- Pays attention to “small details” before delivering a car to a customer
- Cleans vehicle before delivery to customer
- Anticipates customers’ needs
- Cleans, moves, and maintains appearance of service vehicles
- Assists Service Department managers, Advisors, Technicians and Cashiers
