Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or related role in a dealership service department
CDK experience is preferred
Familiarity with customer service standards and processes
Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Proven high CSI
Extremely focused on following and guarding processes

Responsibilities

Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunities of the service and parts departments
Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the service and parts department, within the Company's overall plans and policies
Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the departments
Formulates annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and expense budgets in accordance with company objectives
Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action as necessary
Selects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises shop personnel
Works to improve the CSI and performance of advisors consistently
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers
