Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or related role in a dealership service department
• Familiarity with customer service standards and processes
• Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Proven high CSI
• Extremely focused on following and guarding processes

Nice To Haves

• CDK experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses present and future needs, trends, problems, and profit opportunities of the service and parts departments
• Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the service and parts department, within the Company's overall plans and policies
• Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the departments
• Formulates annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and expense budgets in accordance with company objectives
• Reviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action as necessary
• Selects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises shop personnel
• Works to improve the CSI and performance of advisors consistently
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide high-level service to both internal and external customers
